Refund Policy

At Pinnacle Fitness, we understand that certain situations may arise where a refund is requested. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our team at pinnaclefitnessclubep@gmail.com with your request and relevant details. Each case will be carefully reviewed, and we will notify you of the outcome within 7-10 business days.

Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms of your membership contract.

Cancellation Policy

We aim to make the cancellation process as smooth as possible while respecting your commitment to fitness and our gym community.

  • Month-to-Month Memberships: You may cancel your membership at any time with a 30-day notice.
  • Annual Contracts: Cancellations can be requested after the contract term is fulfilled.

How to Cancel Your Membership:

  1. Visit the Pinnacle Fitness front desk during business hours.
  2. Request and complete a Cancellation Request Form.
  3. Once submitted, your cancellation will be processed, and you will receive confirmation within 5 business days.
